How can I pay?

You can make the payment through credit/debit card or cash on delivery.

How safe is it for me to use my credit/debit card on your website?

All monetary transactions done via internet banking or any Debit/ Credit Card on our website are absolutely secure, processed through secure payment gateways. 

How many days will it take to deliver my order?

All orders will be processed within 7-8 working days. Your order might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, political instability or any emergencies. 

How can I check the delivery status of my order? 

You can contact us at info@zarinbyzarsah.com for any queries regarding your order. Once your order is dispatched from our end, you will be provided with a tracking number by the courier service to help you track your parcel. 

Can I check my shoe size before accepting the delivery?

Unfortunately, you cannot. The packaging of the orders can only be opened after making full payment. In case you are not satisfied with the product size after checking the package, you can initiate a request for replacement within 7 days of purchase depending upon availability of size.

Can I cancel my order?

You will get a confirmation call within 6 hours of placing your order. You can inform us accordingly whether to proceed with the order or not.

Can I exchange my product if I don't like it?

Your product can be exchanged as per our Refund policy.  We suggest you go through it before initiating a request for exchange.
